ITL has a dedicated, upload-only FTP site, which is available for an
customer to send data to us. It is designed to be extremely easy-to-use
and at the same time very secure. Just browse to this location, then
drag your files in:
ftp://ftp.itlcircuits.com/pub
This
should work in Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer and many other
network clients. You should
ignore any “access” error messages.

Files may be emailed to the following address as an attachment quotes@itlcircuits.com
All Data should be sent as a single archive(ZIP) and contain the
following:
 Data files for all PCB layers (274x gerber,
274d gerber plus aperture list, or ODB++ are preferred in that order)
NC drill data file (Excellon format
preffered)
Drawings and supporting documentation
(preferred formats: PDF, DXF, HPGL or gerber) specifying the following
at least: base material, dimensions, thickness, copper foil
thicknesses, metal finish, soldermask
